$4,000,000 Judgment – This Judgment was obtained by Christian and Davis attorneys in a wrongful death case on behalf of a state trooper who was killed on the job.
$2,400,000 Settlement – This settlement was obtained by Christian and Davis attorneys on behalf of a father who was killed following a head-on collision with a delivery truck associated with a national store.
$1,000,000 Settlement – This settlement was obtained after filing suit against a trucking company for the estate of a father and husband who was killed when the tractor trailer driver hit him head on after crossing the median on an interstate.
$1,000,000 Settlement – This settlement was obtained against an insurance company for a wife and mother who had a policy with an insurance company which was to pay benefits for the loss of use of limbs. The woman suffered spinal injuries after being hit head-on by a drunk driver and lost the use of her hand and foot. The insurance company initially denied the claim but Christian and Davis attorneys were able to appeal the denial and obtain the policy limits on the recovery for the client.
$500,000 Settlement for the families of teenagers who were killed by a drunk driver on New Year’s Eve.
$225,000 Verdict against a driver who struck our client’s disabled vehicle. The insurance company refused to make any settlement offers prior to trial even though it only had $25,000 in policy limits. The verdict resulted in a subsequent bad faith law suit against the insurance carrier wherein it had to pay the entire jury verdict.
